I wouldn’t call this room in Malaga for 2 people. My advice give it a wide berth. Don’t know how they have the cheek to call it a Hotel.

Terrible... Do not book with them, I have tried and tried to cancel a booking via email, via tweet, and via their website, it's been almost two weeks and STILL nothing, no response.. NOTHING all I want is my money refunded.... Not a word from them, they answered a tweet 3 days ago saying they would pass my email on to the "booking team" and still nothing ... I have until aug 4 to get my money back (as per refund policy) and I just think they're holding out til then.... Shocking . AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Don't ever use this hotel!!!!!! We got two rooms with no windows. The hotel claims, that we ordered rooms with no windows. But we didn't!!! And the Mail we received on the confirming, does not say anything about windows. So stay away from this hotel!!!!

Poor service (EasyHotel South Kensington)
The receptionist at EasyHotel South Kensington was very rude. She accused us of not paying and demanded we pay saying that our credit card was declined. We had to show her bank statements to persuade her that we had paid booking.com already. Her level of English meant that she was not able to communicate clearly and understand. When we complained to EasyHotel the response we received was defensive and accusative and took no responsibility, seemingly written by the receptionist we complained about.

@easyhotels Terrible service! Although there is an option to ask for early check in, they reject it. I now have to wait for 3 hours on top of the most uncomfortable flat surface ever!
Paid but check-in doesn’t work!
Their website and app broken so I can’t check-in online and it doesn’t recognise that I’ve already paid extra for early check-in and bag drop- it tries to add them, even though my booking states I’ve already paid for them.
The app states - ‘error please call manager on ….’, but the it’s not possible to get through to number they provide as continuously engaged. Their contact form states they’ll get back to me within 4 days……Hope I have a bed tonight…….

Very basic you get what you pay for
Very basic you get what you pay for.
Was left without any running cold water for my stay, even though I reported it. No sanitary bin in the bathroom. Paid for a late checkout only to have the cleaners bold in, in the morning. Fan kept clicking all night and disturbing sleep. Apparently no other room available to swap with.
Will warn if you are a wheelchair user, bed is very low down. Doors are heavy!

This is basically as uncomfortable as their airline and has no business charging the prices they’re charging. The showers is literally a death trap as it is so slippery! Stayed for 3 nights and the bed and pillows are such poor quality they left us with back and neck ache.. there was a TV without a remote in our room..
No changing of towels, bedding (FOR 3 NIGHTS) nor toilet brush, telephone or kettle in the room, only two hangers and nowhere to actually store clothes. The air conditioning is way too much even in the lowest setting but off the tiny room becomes unbearable.. all in all I stayed in better hostels so please don’t waste your time and money!

Manchester Easyhotel
Just stayed at the Manchester Easyhotel. Great experience and helpful staff. Simple, modern, comfy room in a great location. Although the room is on the small side it was great value.

We've just stayed in the Easy hotel Sheffield City Centre, the double room with no window (which I had booked and knew about) was so small.
The room had a very modern feel however, the shower and toilet were in a glass cubicle next to the bed, no lock on the door and partially frosted glass, it felt uncomfortable going to the toilet, as you could hear everything, even my hubby who I've been with for 21 years said it's not nice going when your wife is 2 ft away from the door. It is not a room I would recommend or use again. The gap between the walls to the bed were just wide enough to side walk down.
The aircon was the only thing I appreciated, even the bed was hard, no kettle, cups, or glass to have a drink but coffee machine in foyer.
Stay somewhere else if you can

stayed in the hotel and forgot my car keys ( my fault ) - hotel promised me to send them back if i sent a pre paid label - still waiting!
absolute joke, don't promise to send stuff back and let me pay for postage if you aren't going to do anything.

We tried to book online to stay in Malaga, but it said at the end that our payment had been declined and we got no email confirmation.
Obviously we assumed we had no booking and did not turn up.
Got back to England to find the payment was on our credit card statement.
I have emailed them loads of times for a refund and all they say is ‘we can’t help you’.
They have basically stolen our money and won’t give it back.
Very friendly and helpful staff
I am in the easy hotel in Croydon now and I have to say I’ve been impressed by the staff. Very friendly and helpful. It’s a super budget hotel and I think I will have a good nights rest tonight.

Public Toilet ? is better than…
Public Toilet ? is better than EasyHotel.com.
EasyHotel is absolutely dishonest disturbingly disgraceful.
No customer services EasyHotel has only interest on your money.
